The properties range in size from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 Bedrooms luxury villa's and are all located in the
Silver Coast area (São Martinho do Porto, Nazaré, Foz Do Arelho, Salir do Porto, Alcobaça, Pedra D'Ouro).
Prices vary depending on duration of stay, property requirements etc. Rest assured, our prices are competitive,
and of course our service is more personal and tailor- made to your needs than that given by larger companies.
The properties are privately owned. We therefore act as the liaison between owner and holiday maker, and are on
hand to ensure your stay runs smoothly.

Silver Coast property services are centrally based in Sao Martinho do Porto in the heart of the Silver Coast region,
and we have a 24 hour emergency contact number so are on hand during your stay for your peace of mind.
We aim to be as flexible as possible over early arrivals / late departures and midweek bookings.
We are happy
to
meet you on arrival with keys and show you into your holiday home.
